Raising awareness of and increasing inclusion for people with disability The preliminary focus is to encourage the involvement of not for profit organisations and charities with the activities of the World’s Largest Orchestra. Benefits of this association to the disability sector will be - improved information dissemination - increased community awareness - connection building - inclusion in otherwise exclusive activities - government services and connections - information on disability friendly locations By encouraging the patronage of those areas that provide adequate facilities, we believe that the flow on effect will be the encouragement of others with similar goals to fulfill their own duties of care to the sector. World’s Largest Orchestra - Mainstream event or special event with disability focus? The World’s Largest Orchestra is inclusive of everyone and is a celebration of music and entertainment. As such the event is absolutely mainstream. However, we do not apologise for the fact that we have a very strong focus on the disbility sector.
