The proposed event This part of it has been thrown in the ring for discussion only. Nothing is set in stone and the event will remain flexible until the conductor throws a baton! The event is evolving as we speak and will by default change according to partner needs and financial constraints. Proposed format • groups will gather in the early evening in the various locations • special needs musical and dance groups will mix with other musicians and dancers • this will showcase the many talents available and the dedication all around • close to nightfall, lasers will become visible • the conductor will signal the start and conduct the world’s largest a Capella group • fifteen minutes of this cacophony will lead to at least a few more world record attempts such as the world’s largest rockn’roll band and the world’s largest country and western hoe down etc! • Exactly at a given time, the conductor will signal the orchestra and Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony will blast its way into our inclusive calendar. • A laser display will commence after three symphonies and our audience will be left to enjoy the rest of the evening.
